Rhi’s Lashes & Beauty Bar (RLBB)

By purchasing, booking, or enrolling in any service or course with Rhi’s Lashes & Beauty Bar, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payments & Deposits

All course payments, deposits, and payment plans are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
Your place is only secured once payment or deposit has been received
RLBB does not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances

Upon purchase of any course, you are granted immediate access to RLBB’s online learning portal, which contains course materials, resources, and intellectual property
Due to the nature of digital content and instant access provided, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Personal circumstances
- Scheduling conflicts
- Lack of use or completion
- Dissatisfaction after access has been granted
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have been provided with sufficient information about the course and have made an informed decision

All in-person courses must be booked and completed within 3 months of the original payment or deposit date
Students must select and confirm an available course date within this timeframe
If the course is not completed within 3 months, the booking will be cancelled and all payments forfeited

All online courses are self-paced and can be completed at your own convenience
There are no required completion deadlines unless otherwise stated
Students are responsible for progressing through the course content and completing any modules or assessments
RLBB is not responsible for lack of progress, completion delays, or outcomes based on student participation
Access to online course materials may be revoked if payment obligations are not met

If RLBB does not have suitable availability within the 3-month timeframe, this policy will not apply and a mutually agreed date will be arranged

A maximum of 2 reschedules is permitted
A minimum of 7 days notice is required
All reschedules must remain within the original 3-month timeframe
After 2 reschedules, no further changes will be accepted under any circumstances
Failure to attend (no-show) will result in loss of all payments made

It is the student’s responsibility to keep track of all booked dates and course requirements
All changes must be clearly communicated and confirmed by RLBB
RLBB reserves the right to act on any communication that reasonably indicates a cancellation, reschedule, or change request
RLBB is not responsible for miscommunication where instructions are unclear, incomplete, or later changed

RLBB does not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for change of mind under any circumstances
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Deciding the course is not suitable
- Financial changes
- Time constraints
- Personal circumstances
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all course details and made an informed decision

Missed payments will result in immediate suspension of course access
If payment is not made within 48 hours, access will remain revoked
If payment remains outstanding after 6 days, the full remaining balance may be referred to a debt collection agency

All course materials, content, videos, manuals, resources, and intellectual property provided by RLBB are strictly protected by copyright
Course content is for personal use only and must not be:
- Shared
- Copied
- Reproduced
- Distributed
- Resold
- Uploaded online
Students must not provide login access or course materials to any third party
Any breach of this policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of course access
- Legal action where applicable
