Rhi’s Lashes & Beauty Bar (RLBB)

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Courses (Online & In-Person)

  • All course payments, deposits, and payment plans are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Upon purchase, you are granted access to RLBB’s online learning portal, which contains course materials, resources, and intellectual property
  • Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access provided, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including:
    • Change of mind
    • Personal circumstances
    • Financial changes
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Lack of completion or participation
  • By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that:
    • You have reviewed all course details
    • You have made an informed decision
    • You understand that access to course materials is provided immediately

Course Kits

  • All course kits are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Kits are ordered specifically for each student once payment has been received and cleared
  • RLBB does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect selection
    • Personal circumstances

Appointment Booking Fees

  • All appointment booking fees are strictly non-refundable
  • Booking fees secure your allocated appointment time and are forfeited if:
    • You cancel your appointment
    • You request to reschedule
    • You request changes to your booking (including partial service changes)
    • You fail to attend your appointment
  • A new booking fee is required to secure any future appointment

Retail Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all retail products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable
  • This includes (but is not limited to):
    • Lash products
    • Beauty products
    • Any items that come into contact with the face, eyes, or skin
  • RLBB does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect selection
    • Personal circumstances

Important Notice

  • RLBB does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances
  • All sales are final unless required under law

Australian Consumer Law

  • This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law, including if a product or service is faulty, not as described, or cannot be provided
