Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact rhislashesandbeautybar@gmail.com immediately
While we will do our best to update your details, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to request a redirection
RLBB is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled

Once your order has been dispatched, RLBB is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry

All course kits are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
Kits are ordered specifically for each student once payment has been received and cleared, and therefore cannot be returned for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Personal circumstances
By purchasing a course that includes a kit, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The kit is custom ordered on your behalf
- All kit sales are final
RLBB does not accept returns or exchanges on any course kits once ordered
